Mz. Fe Indiana born, Naptown bred hit the music scene in 2000. Mz. Fe first began writing poetry and shortly after wanted to bring her lyrics alive. Taking singing lessons was Mz. Fe’s initial attempt to create songs of her lyrics and eventually led to her rapping. Mz. Fe began to frequent the studio daily, because this premature talent was so intriguing. Mz. Fe began to enter showcases, talents shows and open mics to expose the music she was creating; with great response. In 2001, Mz. Fe released an EP “My Identity” which was basically an introduction letting the world know that “I am music”. Later that year Mz. Fe moved to Hollywood, California where she attended Los Angeles Recording School to become more familiar with the recording and production aspect of things. Mz. Fe returned to Indiana in 2006 and soon after released “Queen Of The I vol. 1” which was a mix cd reintroducing Mz. Fe to her city. In need of a channel to market and promote her music, Mz. Fe established Get It Girl Entertainment, which truly defines the “go getter” that she is. Mz. Fe moved to Atlanta in July 2007 to get involved in the music scene and ended up doing some tv/film production as well. Mz. Fe has production credits on American Idol, BET Sunday Best, Atlantic recording artist Gucci Mane videos, Super Nanny and The Lena Baker Story starring Tichina Arnold. Mz. Fe recently released her LP “Black Star” along with videos to her lead singles “Do My Dance” and “Stilettos”.
